For those who have purchased a package with lodging starting January 2nd and 3rd:
Lift tickets and pre-purchased ski rental vouchers will be at Will Call at the Steamboat Group Lift Ticket Office
(located at the base of the gondola) between the hours of 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Wristbands and schedule of events will be issued ouside of the Spring Creek Conference Room,
located lobby level, at The Steamboat Grand
2300 Mt. Werner Circle only from 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. on January 4th.
Each person must present a valid photo I.D. when registering.

For those who have purchased a package with lodging starting January 4th:

your registration credentials will NOT be available until January 5th. Please refer to this link
for details on all packages with lodging starting on January 5th.]

Lift tickets, pre-purchased ski rental vouchers, wristbands and schedule of events can be picked up at
the Dickson Headquarters in The Steamboat Grand outside of the Spring Creek Conference Room,
located on lobby level, 2300 Mt. Werner Circle

January 5 – 12:00 p.m.- 9:00 p.m.
January 6-7 – 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
January 8-9 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
January 10 – 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Please note: As parking is limited, it is recommended to take your property shuttle
or the Steamboat Springs Transit to the Steamboat Grand.

There is a parking structure located directly across the street which has a
parking attendant on duty daily from 6:30a.m.-3:00p.m.
Please advise attendant that you are there for MusicFest registration and you will be
provided with a validation sticker authorizing a complimentary parking for 45 minutes.
After 3:00 p.m., parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
