Groups, organizations and individuals are welcome to charter private bus travel to and from Steamboat. A great travel option for your group and possibly a fundraiser for your organization or charity. A member of the qualified Dickson Productions' staff will greet you in Steamboat and assist your group for a speedy check-in. *Fares valid into Steamboat (HDN). Roundtrip purchase is required. Fares valid for travel into HDN 1/5/12 and return 1/10/12. Fares must be purchased by 10/24/11. Fare amounts are roundtrip, per person. Fares are subject to availability and may change at any time. Payment is due at time of booking. Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket changes are allowed for a $150 change fee plus applicable fare difference. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights or days. Fees for checked bags will apply.
Airport Transfers
GO Alpine (formerly Alpine Taxi) of Steamboat Springs, is providing discounted shuttle service from and to
the Denver and Yampa Valley/Hayden airports.
$50 per adult round trip – Hayden Airport $158.40 per adult round trip – Denver Airport
Attendees can book their own ground transportation reservations in one of three ways:
1 - Go to www.goalpine.com and click on Make a Reservation, enter MUSICFEST
in the Group Code box at the bottom of the screen,then click on GO.
2 - PREFERRED - Click here to make your reservations directly on the MusicFest portal.
3 - Attendees can also call GO Alpine Toll Free at (800) 343-7433 and book their airport transfers.
Attention: Caller must refer to “MusicFest 2012” at the beginning of the conversation
in order to receive the discounted rate.
Discounted Rate applies ONLY to reservations booked in advance (at least 24 hours prior to arrival).
If a guest “walks up” (doesn’t have a reservation) they will be asked for payment at the full (rack) rate.
Storm Mountain Express: Discounted airport shuttle service
