MusicFest 2020 Debut

Brent Cobb
Providence Canyon (2018), Shine On Rainy Day (2016)

Neither Southern rock nor mainstream country, Brent’s sound sits somewhere between the two. With a Grammy-nominated album under his belt, Brent took to the road to share his sound with his lush following of fans. The Musicians road sparked creativity in Cobb as he brewed up a sound that nodded to his previous material while still pushing forward. The songs were faster. More upbeat. More personal, too. Together, they formed his sophomore album, 2018’s Providence Canyon. This is an evocative, electrified album about a life lived on the run. There are road songs, half-lit drinking tunes, tributes to friends and family, and nostalgic nods to one’s younger years. In addition to his solo artist career, Brent has landed cuts with Luke Bryan, Kenny Chesney, Miranda Lambert, Little Big Town, Josh Abbott Band, Whiskey Myers, Aubrie Sellers, and the Oak Ridge Boys. While Brent isn’t a stranger to MusicFest (as a fan), don’t miss his Debut Performance on The MusicFest stage this winter.
