One Steamboat Place provides for a luxury ski-in/ski out exclusive residence to brighten your day and maximize your MusicFest experience. Located at the base of the gondola, One Steamboat Place offers its residents an inviting environment with a mountain spa, fitness center, pool, multiple hot tubs, game room, ski valet, and built-in gas grills on most decks. Each residence contains amenities ranging from fully equipped kitchens to washer and dryer units. Close to MusicFest events.

Private Residence Club – Please Respect Premises & Rules:
- No More Than 8 Guests per Residence
- Black Tie is the ski concierge on site for all rentals (if purchasing rentals from another rental company other than Black Tie a $10 per day fee will be applied )
- Dress code: no profane/racist symbols or language, appropriate attire required
- Public drunkenness not tolerated
- Check in first at OSP prior to receiving wristband
- Check in at 2250 Après Ski Way entrance (not plaza level)
- Noise levels must be reasonable given the time and location in the building
- No outside guests allowed during après ski
- No skis in residences
- No ski boots to be worn in the building
- $27/day gratuity per residence charged at check out
- Excessive housekeeping charges will apply to excessively dirty residences
- Damage policy covers only ACCIDENTAL damage; guest will be liable for damage to floors, walls, furnishings, etc., that is other than accidental
