MusicFest Check-In and Registration:
Check in for your MusicFest package will be at the MusicFest Registration locations listed in the link below based on your arrival date. A Dickson Productions representative will be present at each location to issue your MusicFest wristband, 4 day lift ticket, and Welcome Bag. Each person must present a valid photo I.D. when checking in.
Lodging Check-In:
You will check in with your lodging provider to receive your room key. Please visit the links below for specific lodging check in locations and contact information. DO NOT unload your luggage until you have received your room key. Each room must provide a credit card upon arrival (NOT a debit card unless you want funds held for several days from your bank account) to activate for room charges. PLEASE NOTE: LODGING UNITS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL 5:00 PM.
4-Day Music Passes:
If you purchased a 4-Day Music Pass ONLY (not the lodging package), you may pick up your wristband at the Dickson Productions On-Site Help Desk. Photo ID is required. This wristband will include a Gondola Foot Pass to access the mountain for concerts and is NOT a ski lift ticket.

Early Check In – January 4th:
MusicFest credentials (including your lift ticket) and Welcome Bags will be issued from 2:00pm-9:00pm in the Burgess Creek Room (aka Dung Beetle Saloon) located at The Steamboat Grand 2300 Mount Werner Circle. Please note if you do not pick-up your credentials on January 4th, they will be available at the January 5th locations listed below.

Ski & Snowboard Rentals You should have received an email regarding your rental pick up location and their business hours from the provider you booked with directly. If you have questions, please contact your rental provider. Don’t leave your equipment unattended. Lift Tickets You will be provided with an RFID lift pass separate from your music wristband. This means faster, smoother access to lifts, more time on the slope and no more paper lift tickets. There are no refunds on lift tickets for any reason.
- Wristbands/Lift Tickets are valuable and should be treated like cash. Should your band become loose or damaged, for replacement, you must have the wristband in hand and bring it to Dickson Productions desk. If you do not have your original wristband, you will receive NO replacement. We strongly recommend you take a photo of your lift ticket immediately upon receiving for your records.
Additional days may be purchased only at the Main Ticket Office located in One Steamboat Place. You must present your MusicFest wristband to purchase. Additional days may only be added during January 5 to January 10 time frame.
Wristbands are issued at check-in and must be worn the entire week. This is your ticket to all concert events by Dickson Productions. If broken, take the broken wristband to a Dickson Productions representative for a one time replacement. ID is required. WRISTBANDS WILL NOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN OR TAMPERED WITH IN ANY WAY.
Damage and Credit Card Authorization: Upon checking in, the room leader will need to put a credit card on file for any incidentals. Within one hour of checking-in to your room, report any item that is broken or out of order. If not reported to your hotel, you may be held responsible for past tenant’s damages. Each unit will be checked prior to your departure and damage settlements made before you checkout. You and your roommates must pay all phone and miscellaneous charges before departing or RISK CHARGES ON YOUR CARD. If you and your roommates do not meet all of the reservations requirements as outlined in Dickson Productions’ MusicFest Tour Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) or by the hotel, you risk incurring additional charges. Clean up-charges may apply where applicable.
Check Out: Check-out of room by 10:00 am. Be sure to clean room, place trash in trash can and run the dishwasher.
