Q: When is the reservation launch for MusicFest 2015?
A: Reservation launch will begin September 4th, 2014 at 9:00am CST.

Q: What does the MusicFest trip package include?
A: The MusicFest packages start at $239 per person. This price includes five nights of lodging, four full day lift tickets for Steamboat’s incredible world-class skiing, and MusicFest credentials for a marathon of genuine music and great times. To put into perspective how much you save; if you purchase a four day pass at the “window” in Steamboat, you’d pay $496*! This “$496” four day pass is INCLUDED in your MusicFest package.

Q: I called in but was told that MusicFest is sold out. Can I get tickets any other way?
A: Immediately sign up for the waiting list. A link to sign up will be posted on our website once MusicFest is sold out. All waiting list requests will be filled in the order received.

Q: What is “pre-reservation”? 
A: MusicFest attendees may pre-reserve for the following year by paying a $100 deposit and successfully submitting a pre-reservation form. Pre-reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-reservation grants attendees “first rights” to lodging choices. ONLY MusicFest 2014 attendees were able to pre-reserve for MusicFest 2015.

Q: When will the schedule of performances and final artist lineup be available?
A: The official MusicFest event program and schedule will be provided to all attendees at check-in. This full color 56+ page program will provide details on the daily performance schedules, venue descriptions/ locations, artist information, specials and much more. In addition, the MusicFest at Steamboat Mobile App with performance schedule will be available several weeks before check-in.
