Wristband Information
The RFID wristbands are your lift ticket and concert access in one! Wristbands must be worn during the entire week. This is your 4-day lift ticket and exclusive access to all Dickson Productions activities, discounts, and concerts. Wristbands are not for sale. If returned broken, a wristband may be replaced to the individual (with picture ID) who purchased it one time only. Lost or stolen wristbands will not be replaced. A separate 21-and-up wristband will be placed on your wrist at check-in or the first show you attend—please do not remove, as this is your festival 21-and-up ID.

Ski & Snowboard Rental Notes

Rentals are for consecutive days and must be returned on the last day of rental. Do not leave skis or boards unlocked or unattended during happy hours, overnight, etc. Optional insurance for rentals should be available at the rental shops for additional fees.

Ski & Snowboard Lessons

First-timers on the slopes should take advantage of the “First Time, Never Ever” adult lesson program. Simply show your MusicFest-issued wristband that includes your lift ticket to the Ski & Snowboard School Ticket Office at One Steamboat Place adjacent to the Main Ticket Office. Advanced lessons may also be purchased at this same location

Covid-19/Pandemic Protocol and Procedures

The protocol and procedures may change at any time. For your protection and safety, please check with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and/or any other such governing officials/agencies (federal, state and local) for any guidelines, rules, laws, restrictions or other that may apply to any venue, lodge, restaurant hotel, activity or other. Please respect and follow all/any guidelines as set by any establishment, agencies or other. Dickson Productions and associates will have no control or involvement in health regulations or related protocol.

Refundable Incidental/Damages Deposit

Property management may require a credit card or other form of collateral at check-in for any room charges, fees or others. Any such transaction for such fees will remain between you and the property management. Within two hours of check-in to your unit, the occupants of the unit must complete and return the unit or room condition form, available at lodging check-in desk or from lodging personnel, and return completed form to the hotel property or condominium management. Before checking out, it is your responsibility to pay all incidental unit or room charges or any other fees directly to your lodge.

Check Out

Check out of your room by 10 a.m. or the posted time at your lodging facility. Please be sure to clean the condo, place garbage in trash cans, and run the dishwasher if applicable.
